Sales of new private homes holding up in August
Sales for private apartments and condominiums stayed strong in August 2019.
During that month, there were more than a thousand units sold in the primary market.
The projects which achieved notable sales include the recently launched Parc Clematis, the District 19 project of The Florence Residences, Treasure at Tampines, Parc Botannia, Parc Esta in District 14 and the executive condo of Piermont Grand.
Two of the upcoming project launches in September and October are Pullman Residences and Neu At Novena, which are both in District 11.
