Condo resale volume up 17% in March
Resale transactions of private properties excluding land properties have increased by 17% in March, compared to February. Meanwhile, prices have stayed constant.
The low numbers of February can partly be attributed to the Chinese New Year effect and strong supply of new apartments from the primary market.
The highest quantum resale unit sold in the month of March at The Ritz-Carlton Residences in District 9. The transacted price was S$10.5 million.
